A Unique Biblical Christian Perspective on the Trump Indictment
There is a great deal of rhetoric swirling around the Trump indictment which can be broken down into four categories of opinions. I would like to offer a fifth, unique Biblical Christian perspective.
We are a nation of sinners, both believers and unbelievers (Romans 3:23). God uses our laws and elected leaders as one way to keep us in check (1 Peter 2:13–14). Having future presidents consider that their actions will result in prosecution might be a catalyst for providing the country with a badly needed upgrade of both the competency and character of those wishing to hold such a powerful office.
